Claims
If your order has arrived and is damaged, missing parts or incomplete, or is lost in transit, please select from the appropriate option below to open a ticket with our claims department. Once the ticket has been opened, a claims representative will contact you by email to further address your needs.
All claims must be submitted within two days of delivery. Failure to report damaged or missing items from an order within two business days may result in immediate claim denial.
Typical response time for new claims is one business day.
There are generally 3 ways to proceed with your claim:
1. Provide the required information per the instructions in the claims process outline and request and request either replacement(s) or a refund.
2. If in need of replacement(s) urgently: Place a new order, request a refund during the claims process and be refunded for the original order when the claims process is completed.
3. If the damage is fairly minor and you have enough material to complete your project, we may offer a discount to commensurate with the damage.
