SS150T24. Carbide Tipped Conical Type Scoring 150mm Dia x 24T ATB, 8 Deg, 20mm Bore, Scoring Set. This conical-type scoring blade is similar to the DITEC scoring blade, but features our standard carbide tips. Match the kerf width of your main blade by adjusting the scoring blade’s cutting depth. Range typically is 1mm (for example, from 4.4mm to 5.4mm). Select a scoring blade with a range matching your main blade’s kerf width. Use in combination only with our 7′ series industrial saw blades (#714721, 716961, etc.). Use also in combination with the new DITEC panel saw blades.

This is quite a daunting task! Keep in mind, we offer all products manufactured by Wilsonart International LLC, Formica Corporation, ColorRite, Amana Tool, and DecoEdge. When you factor all of the combinations; patterns, grade, finish and sizes it amounts to over 30,000 sku’s! Along with these products, we offer materials sourced from multiple suppliers and services so we can meet the needs of our customers, with edgebanding, tools, laminate strips, and the application of peel & stick backers just to name a few.

We receive restock shipments twice a week directly from our partner warehouses at Formica and Wilsonart, and once per week from Amana Tool and ColorRite. Our in-house edge manufacturing division, Deco Edge, aims to manufacture on-demand and ship edges, splashes, and laminate edge strips within 2 business days. To achieve this alone, we maintain over 1,000 pattern and finish combinations.

Due to packaging requirements, your order may ship in multiple boxes and at different times. Do not be alarmed if you see only a portion of your order has shipped or been delivered. Most of our products ship by UPS Ground from Eastern centrally located, Jamestown TN. Some smaller items do ship via USPS.
